The Global PR Blog Week 1.0 that I mentioned in a post yesterday looks as though it’s been quite a success. With such a wide range of discussion topics and comments, there’s something for everyone who has an interest in blogging as a PR tool.
But discussion topics don’t just include the ones you’d expect on how to do this or that: there are some highly thought-provoking discussions on ethics in PR, crisis management, the state of the PR profession, and more.
Here are some examples:
- Public relations and blogging: how smart companies use blogs for marketing success
- Blogging in a Crisis
- The Martha Stewart Crisis (very timely!). This discussion focuses on what Martha Stewart did right and wrong from a public relations perspective, and how the scandal was shaped by the media and corporate reform.
- Are ethics good business?
The Global PR Blog week 1.0 ran from July 12-16.
