  1. Gentlemen, I love it when you talk about me and my blog ; ) Many thanks to John Cass for bringing it up and the nice words about the “best blog” contest. “Leigh” is actually my middle name. As I was putting my blog together, I reverted into my recruiter fear of making myself 100% visible to the public. It sounds silly now, but I didn’t know at that point whether the blogging would be successful. I feel a little better admitting that. Anyway, “Heather Hamilton” is my actual name. Great podcast as usual.

  2. Hi Heather. So that’s where the ‘Leigh’ came from!
Re fear of visibility, I think that’s still not uncommon. I know of three friend with blogs who approached their entry to the blogosphere with precisely those fears. And, related, it often amazes me just how much personal information some people are willing to show on their websites and blogs.
Great blog as usual 😉 Good luck with the best blog contest.
